Here we will not describe each brand individually, but we will share interesting facts about sewing machines.

Before their invention, people made stitches by hand using a needle and thread. This technique was time-consuming and labor-intensive, requiring great precision and skill.

The idea for a mechanical sewing machine appeared as early as the 18th century, but the first practical devices appeared in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. One of the first inventors of the sewing machine was Thomas Saint, who patented his device in 1790 in England.

In the following years, sewing machine technology developed rapidly. In the 1830s and 1840s, American inventor Elias Howe constructed a flat-feed machine that was similar to modern machines. Later, Isaac Singer made many improvements to Howe's machine, which helped popularize sewing machines in the United States and around the world.

In the second half of the 19th century, sewing machines became available for mass production. This began the era of industrial revolution in the production of clothing and textiles. Sewing machines have become a basic tool in clothing factories and tailoring shops.

In the 20th century, sewing machines underwent further technological development. New models have appeared, including electric and electronic machines that provide greater efficiency, precision and a variety of functions. And this is how we reached today, where they are clearly underestimated, even though they are one of the most important inventions in our history.
